We are looking for an experienced Google Ads Specialist with 5+ years of hands-on expertise managing and scaling Google Ads campaigns, ideally within SaaS or cloud-based product companies. The ideal candidate will own the full Google Ads funnel — from strategy and setup to daily optimization and reporting — driving efficient, high-quality lead generation and pipeline growth.

● Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, and Remarketing

● Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation to drive qualified traffic

● Own bid strategies, budget allocation, and campaign structuring to maximize ROAS and minimize CPA

● Write and test ad copy, and collaborate with design on creative assets for Display/YouTube campaigns

● Set up and manage conversion tracking via Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM)

● Build and optimize remarketing and lookalike/similar audience campaigns

● Run continuous A/B tests on ad copy, landing pages, bidding strategies, and audience targeting

● Monitor daily campaign performance and proactively adjust strategy to hit CPL/CPA/ROAS targets

● Prepare and present weekly/monthly performance reports with clear insights and optimization recommendations

● Collaborate with Content, Design, Web, and Sales teams to improve landing page conversion and lead quality

● Stay current on Google Ads platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry best practices specific to SaaS/cloud marketing

● 5+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns, with proven results in SaaS or cloud-based companies

● Deep expertise in Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, and Remarketing campaign types

● Strong understanding of the SaaS/cloud buyer funnel (MQL → SQL → Trial/Demo → Conversion)

● Proficiency in GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking setup

● Strong grasp of bidding strategies (Target CPA, Target ROAS, Maximize Conversions, etc.)

● Advanced analytical skills — able to interpret data and translate it into optimization decisions

● Experience managing significant monthly ad spend/budgets

● Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets

● Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

● Google Ads Certification (Search, Display, or Measurement)

● Experience with Looker Studio for reporting/dashboards

● CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho CRM)

● Familiarity with SaaS/cloud sales cycles (freemium, trial-led, or demo-led motion)

● Basic understanding of SEO and CRO principles
