We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Google Ads Specialist with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of performance marketing, campaign strategy, and data-driven decision-making to drive measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, and Video platforms
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to optimize campaign performance
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS
- Execute A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies
- Generate regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently to maximize return on investment (ROI)
- Collaborate with design and content teams to develop effective ad creatives and copy
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and updates in Google Ads and digital marketing
Required Skills & Qualifications- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads campaign management
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking
- Experience with keyword planning tools and bid management strategies
- Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation capabilities
- Good understanding of SEO and the overall digital marketing ecosystem
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and analysis
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications- Google Ads Certification
- Experience with remarketing and audience segmentation
- Familiarity with tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms
- Experience managing multiple client accounts or working across industries
