About The Role
We are looking for a performance-driven Google Ads Specialist with hands-on experience in managing and optimizing Google Search and Display campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of PPC advertising, campaign optimization, audience targeting, and performance analysis to drive high-quality traffic and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, manage, and optimize Google Search and Display campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
- Monitor campaign performance and implement strategies to improve CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
- Create compelling ad copies and coordinate with designers for display creatives.
- Set up conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
- Perform A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
- Analyze campaign data and prepare regular performance reports.
- Manage budgets effectively to maximize campaign efficiency.
- Stay updated with Google Ads policies, industry trends, and best practices.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to achieve business goals.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Google Ads (Search & Display).
- Strong understanding of PPC, bidding strategies, keyword planning, and audience segmentation.
- Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and conversion tracking.
- Knowledge of remarketing and audience-based campaigns.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Experience managing medium to large advertising budgets.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
