We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who thrives on data, optimization, and scaling digital campaigns for D2C brands. If you have hands-on experience in running high-ROI campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital channels, we want you on our team!
Key Responsibilities;
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, and other digital platforms.
- Analyze campaign performance, track KPIs, and implement data-driven strategies for better conversions.
- Manage budgets efficiently to maximize ROAS while maintaining brand goals.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies to drive performance.
- Stay updated with industry trends and platform updates to ensure best practices.
- Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to align marketing strategies with brand objectives.
Requirements;
- 1-4 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably for D2C brands.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, and other paid media platforms.
- Proven track record of running profitable ad campaigns and improving key metrics.
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing, audience segmentation, and funnel optimization.
- Proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and third-party reporting tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving strategies.
