We are looking for an exceptional, multi-faceted leader to drive significant growth across our clients digital properties, focusing on maximizing sales, conversions, and lead generation through advanced paid media, cutting-edge SEO, and strategic website optimization.
Skills & Experience Required:
Core Expertise
- Expert-Level Paid Media Mastery: Deep, demonstrable expertise in developing, managing, and optimizing campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, PMAX) and other platforms, including Bing Ads and Reddit Ads.
- eCommerce Performance Optimization: Proven track record of significantly improving key eCommerce metrics, including sales, conversion rates, Average Order Value (AOV), and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
- Advanced SEO & AI Integration: Expert knowledge of all facets of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO. Must be current with and expert in implementing recent AI-based SEO techniques and tools.
- Landing Page & Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Expertise in designing, implementing, and rigorously testing high-converting landing pages specifically for lead generation and direct sales.
Strategic & Analytical Skills
- Digital Auditing & Strategy: Proven ability to create comprehensive digital audits for websites and develop detailed, impactful brand and growth proposals for clients.
- Data Mastery: Expert-level proficiency with analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, and various Paid Ad platform reporting tools. Ability to transform raw data into actionable insights.
- Project Management: Ability to independently coordinate and successfully manage multiple complex marketing projects simultaneously.
- Communication & Leadership: Exceptional spoken and written communication skills for client relations, team leadership, and proposal delivery.
Leadership & Team Development
- Experience in leading a team, mentoring staff, and establishing best practices.
- Proven experience in the hiring process for new team members (defining roles, interviewing, and onboarding).

Job Type: Full-time
Arrangement: Hybrid WFH + WFO as per requirement.
Timing: 5 days a week + First Saturday of the Month, Half Day.
Salary: 50,000 CTC per month
