About the Role
To support our rapid growth, we are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and collaborative Google Ads Specialist to join our team.
In this role, you will own the execution, optimization, and reporting of complex, high-performance marketing campaigns across various verticals and industries. You will be the engine behind our clients growth, ensuring their goals are met through data-driven strategies.
Note: This is a strictly in-office role based in our Canada or Hyderabad offices.
Key Responsibilities
The core focus of this role is the hands-on management and optimization of our clients paid search and social campaigns. You will:
- End-to-End Campaign Management: Manage the entire lifecycle of Google Ads campaigns, specializing in Search, Shopping, and Performance Max.
- Strategy & Implementation: Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitive analysis, and strategic audience segmentation to build high-converting campaigns from the ground up.
- Optimization & Testing: Continually deploy A/B test campaigns to optimize performance. You will be expected to continuously explore new strategies and alternatives to integrate into existing campaigns.
- Tracking & Analytics: Implement advanced conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and utilize Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to analyze user behavior, campaign attribution, and funnel performance.
- Reporting: Provide comprehensive weekly and monthly performance reports, translating complex data into actionable insights for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the SEO, Content, and Sales teams to ensure a cohesive, integrated digital marketing strategy.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience & Technical Skills:
- 12 years of hands-on, dedicated experience managing significant Google Ads & Meta Ads budgets (Agency experience is a strong asset).
- Expert-level proficiency in the Google Ads platform, Google Ads Editor, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Working knowledge of Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) is required.
Certifications:
- Current Google Ads certifications (Search, Display, Shopping) are highly preferred.
- GA4 and GTM certifications are a strong plus.
Soft Skills:
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively present complex data and strategies to clients and the team.
- Work Ethic: Highly detail-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and strict deadlines simultaneously.
- Analytical Mindset: A strong ability to look beyond the surface metrics and understand the why behind campaign performance.
