Location: Hyderabad

Shift: Rotational Shift/Day & Night Shift (AMER/EMEA/APAC)

Work Environment : Work from Office (5 days a week, Weekends Off)

Job Summary :

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Ads Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for digital advertising, and a proven track record in outbound sales. As a Ads Sales Specialist, you will work to grow existing accounts, while leveraging your expertise in Ads and sales strategies to exceed targets and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Outbound Sales: Prospect and engage with potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels to optimize Ads services.
  • Sales Strategy: Understand client needs and propose Ads solutions that align with their business goals.
  • Achieving Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales quotas while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to drive loyalty and repeat business.
  • Ads Expertise: Provide clients with insights and guidance on optimizing their Ads campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Reporting: Track sales progress, report on key metrics, and maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
  • Leverage AI: Understanding and use of AI in sales activities. Proven ability to use AI tools on the job

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of outbound sales experience, preferably in digital advertising, Ads, or similar digital platform services
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage clients and convey technical information clearly.
  • Sales Experience: Strong background in sales, particularly in outbound sales, is highly preferred.
  • Ads Certification: Must have a valid Ads certification.

Desired Skills:

Knowledge of digital marketing trends and strategies.

Ability to build relationships quickly with decision-makers at all levels.

Strong negotiation and closing skills.
