Soft Skills
You enjoy solving problems through data rather than assumptions. You question why a campaign is underperforming and keep digging until you find the answer. You are proactive, curious and constantly testing new ideas to improve performance. You work well with designers, developers and content teams because you know great advertising is a team sport. You stay calm when numbers fluctuate, think analytically under pressure and take complete ownership of outcomes. Most importantly, you treat every marketing rupee as if it were your own, because at FarmDidi, in many ways, it is.
