Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Google Ads Manager with a strong background in managing high-performing ad campaigns for international e-commerce clothing brands. The ideal candidate has hands-on expertise in scaling revenue through strategic Google Ads campaigns, audience targeting, and performance optimization across multiple markets (US, UK, Europe, etc.).

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, Display, Video, Performance Max) for apparel and fashion categories.
  • Manage and scale international e-commerce campaigns focused on ROAS, CPA, and revenue growth.
  • Conduct deep keyword research, competitor analysis, and A/B testing to identify new opportunities.
  • Monitor performance metrics daily and provide detailed performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with the creative, CRO, and SEO teams to ensure ad copy, visuals, and landing pages align with performance goals.
  • Manage Google Merchant Center, feed optimization, and troubleshoot disapprovals or feed errors.
  • Stay updated with Google Ads best practices, algorithm updates, and industry trends specific to fashion e-commerce.
  • Allocate and manage monthly ad budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
Requirements
  • 45 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads for international e-commerce (preferably fashion/clothing brands).
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding ROAS targets across multiple geographies.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Merchant Center, Google Analytics, and Performance Max campaigns.
  • Experience working with tools like Google Tag Manager, Data Studio, and Shopify or WooCommerce platforms.
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and data interpretation.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
