Google Ads Manager

We are looking for a Performance Marketer who can manage and optimise digital advertising campaigns, generate quality leads, and contribute to business growth through data-driven marketing.

Key Responsibilities

* Plan, execute, and optimise Google Ads campaigns

* Monitor campaign performance, leads, conversions, and ROI

* Conduct keyword research and audience targeting

* Track and analyse campaign data to identify growth opportunities

* Optimise campaigns to improve lead quality and cost efficiency

* Work closely with the marketing and admissions teams to support lead generation

* Prepare regular performance reports and actionable insights

Requirements

* 1+ year of experience in Performance Marketing

* Hands-on knowledge of Google Ads is mandatory

* Understanding of CPC, CPL, CTR, conversions, ROI/ROAS and campaign optimisation

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

* Ability to work with campaign data and derive actionable insights

* Experience with other digital advertising platforms is a plus
