We are looking for a highly skilled and performance-driven Google Ads Expert with 4–6 years of hands-on experience in managing, optimizing, and scaling paid campaigns. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in lead generation, campaign strategy, and ROI optimization, preferably in the EdTech or service-based industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns across: Search, Display, Video, Shopping, and Performance Max
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies aligned with business goals
- Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting
- Optimize campaigns for: CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates
- Manage and allocate monthly ad budgets efficiently
- Conduct A/B testing on: Ad copies, landing pages, creatives, and bidding strategies
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using: Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
- Implement and track conversions (forms, calls, events)
- Generate weekly & monthly performance reports with actionable insights
- Collaborate with: Content team for ad creatives and sales team for lead quality improvement
- Stay updated with the latest Google Ads policies, trends, and algorithm updates
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 4–6 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads
- Strong understanding of: PPC strategies and bidding models (Manual CPC, Target CPA, Maximize Conversions, etc.)
- Proven experience in lead generation campaigns (must-have)
- Expertise in: Keyword planning tools and conversion tracking setup
- Good knowledge of: Landing page optimization (CRO basics)
