Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and performance-driven Google Ads Expert with 4–6 years of hands-on experience in managing, optimizing, and scaling paid campaigns. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in lead generation, campaign strategy, and ROI optimization, preferably in the EdTech or service-based industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns across: Search, Display, Video, Shopping, and Performance Max
  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies aligned with business goals
  • Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting
  • Optimize campaigns for: CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates
  • Manage and allocate monthly ad budgets efficiently
  • Conduct A/B testing on: Ad copies, landing pages, creatives, and bidding strategies
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using: Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
  • Implement and track conversions (forms, calls, events)
  • Generate weekly & monthly performance reports with actionable insights
  • Collaborate with: Content team for ad creatives and sales team for lead quality improvement
  • Stay updated with the latest Google Ads policies, trends, and algorithm updates

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 4–6 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads
  • Strong understanding of: PPC strategies and bidding models (Manual CPC, Target CPA, Maximize Conversions, etc.)
  • Proven experience in lead generation campaigns (must-have)
  • Expertise in: Keyword planning tools and conversion tracking setup
  • Good knowledge of: Landing page optimization (CRO basics)
