We're Hiring: Google Ads Expert

Experience Required: 1+ year

Bonus: Experience with LinkedIn Ads, Twitter (X) Ads, or other paid platforms

We are looking for a performance-driven Google Ads Expert with at least 1 year of hands-on experience. The ideal candidate understands paid media strategy, campaign optimization, and how to drive measurable results for businesses.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
• Conduct keyword research and audience targeting
• Optimize campaigns for conversions, ROAS, and CPL
• Write and test ad copies and extensions
• Track performance and prepare reports
• Manage budgets and improve efficiency
• Coordinate with landing page and creative teams

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience managing Google Ads
• Strong understanding of bidding strategies and account structure
• Experience with conversion tracking and Google Tag Manager
• Ability to analyze data and make performance-driven decisions
• Good communication and time-management skills

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

• Experience with LinkedIn Ads
• Experience with Twitter (X) Ads
• Familiarity with Meta Ads or other paid channels
• Understanding of B2B and lead generation funnels
