Job Summary:
The Google Ads Executive will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing paid search campaigns. The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of hands-on experience in Google Ads, strong analytical skills, and the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, set up, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube).
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, implementing strategies to improve CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
- Write compelling ad copy and coordinate with creative teams for ad visuals and landing pages.
- Execute A/B testing for ads, keywords, bidding strategies, and landing pages.
- Manage budgets and ensure campaigns are delivering maximum ROI.
- Track, measure, and report campaign performance with actionable insights.
- Stay updated with Google Ads features, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
- Proficiency in Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and conversion tracking.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns accordingly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deliver results under deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with other PPC platforms (Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads).
- Knowledge of SEO and its integration with PPC strategies.
- Google Ads Certification (preferred but not mandatory).
