About the Role
KD Digital is looking for a performance-focused Google Ads Executive who can manage and optimize campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping/Performance Max. You'll work closely with the team to generate consistent leads and sales while improving ROAS, CPL, Quality Score, and conversion rates.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Setup & Management
- Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and Shopping/PMax
- Build full-funnel campaign structures aligned with business goals (Lead Gen / E-commerce)
- Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation for better targeting
Performance Optimization & Scaling
- Monitor and optimize key metrics: CTR, CPC, CPA/CPL, Quality Score, Conversion Rate, ROAS
- Implement bidding strategy optimization (Max Conversions, tCPA, tROAS, manual bidding where required)
- Run A/B tests for ad copies, creative formats, landing pages, and campaign structures
- Use strong negative keyword strategy to improve lead quality and reduce wasted spend
- Identify scaling opportunities and budget allocation improvements
Conversion Tracking & Analytics
- Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics (GA4)
- Ensure clean tracking for forms, calls, WhatsApp, purchases, and key events
- Analyze data and provide insights to improve campaign efficiency and ROI
Landing Page & Creative Collaboration
- Coordinate with designers/developers for high-converting landing pages
- Ensure ad-to-landing-page message match for better conversion rates
- Suggest creative angles and copy improvements based on campaign performance
Reporting & Stakeholder Communication
- Create weekly/monthly performance reports with insights and next steps
- Share actionable recommendations to improve performance and hit business targets
- Maintain clear communication with internal teams to ensure smooth execution
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years hands-on Google Ads experience (agency or in-house)
- Strong understanding of lead generation & local campaigns
- Experience in Healthcare / Local Services is a plus
Must-Have Skills
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, campaign structuring and optimization
- Hands-on with GTM + GA4 conversion tracking
- Keyword research and planning using tools like SEMrush / Ahrefs / Ubersuggest / Keyword Planner
- Good understanding of landing page performance and conversion improvement
Bonus Skills (Preferred in 2026)
- Basic automation using rules/scripts or reporting automation (Looker Studio)
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Grok for:
- ad copies & creative variations
- reporting insights & analysis summaries
- workflow automation and faster testing
