Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Google Ads Manager to plan, execute, optimize, and analyze digital advertising campaigns across Google platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing Google Search, Display, Video, Performance Max, and Shopping campaigns, along with strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities1. Campaign Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement Google Ads strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
  • Plan budgets and forecast campaign performance.

2. Campaign Setup & Management

  • Create and manage Google Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, App, and Free and paid companies to generate leads.
  • Build ad groups, craft ad copies, set bidding strategies, and configure tracking.
  • Optimize campaigns for ROAS, conversions, CPL, or brand awareness.

3. Performance Optimization

  • Monitor daily campaign performance and adjust bids, keywords, and targeting.
  • A/B test ad copies, creatives, landing pages, and audience segments.
  • Implement negative keywords and refine campaign structure for better performance.

4. Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and analyze KPIs using Google Analytics, Google Ads dashboard, and conversion tracking.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports with insights and improvement strategies.
  • Ensure accurate tracking using GTM (Google Tag Manager) and pixels.

5. Collaboration & Coordination

  • Coordinate with creative teams for ad banners, videos, and landing pages.
  • Work with sales/marketing teams to align campaigns with business goals.
  • Stay updated on the latest Google Ads trends and algorithm changes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5-8+ years of experience in managing Google Ads campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, and paid add, lead generation
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Keyword Planner, and other PPC tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and performance metrics.
  • Experience with remarketing, audience segmentation, and conversion optimization.
  • Google Ads Certification (preferred).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with other ad platforms (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Amazon Ads).
  • Basic understanding of SEO and content marketing.
  • Experience with CRM or marketing automation tools.
