This is a full-time, remote role for a Golf Construction Manager. The Golf Construction Manager will oversee golf course construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget. Responsibilities include supervising construction teams, managing project timelines, monitoring adherence to construction safety standards, and managing budgets. The role involves coordinating with various stakeholders to achieve high-quality results in alignment with the firm's design vision.

• Strong Supervisory Skills for managing diverse construction teams and ensuring effective coordination.
• Proficiency in Budgeting and project cost management to ensure financial efficiency.
• Expertise in Construction Safety and adherence to standards for safe project execution.
• Experience in Construction and Project Control to oversee and manage golf course development effectively.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while meeting project deadlines and goals.
• Familiarity with golf course construction or similar projects is a strong advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred; equivalent industry experience will be considered.
