We are seeking a motivated Gold Loan Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in sales, with a strong focus on customer service and relationship management. This role involves promoting our gold loan products, assessing gold valuations, and ensuring a smooth application process for clients.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new clients for gold loans.
  • Assess the value of gold pledged by customers.
  • Provide detailed information to customers about gold loan products and services.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate documentation for loan applications.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Follow up with potential and existing clients to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 1-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in financial services or banking sector.
  • Strong understanding of gold loan products and market dynamics.
