Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the sales team and achieving sales targets. The role involves frequent visits to rural areas, identifying potential customers, and promoting the benefits of the society's products like Gold Loans. The Sales Manager should be able to generate sales plan and implement strategies to increase the customer base and profitability.
Qualifications
- Sales and Marketing skills, with experience in managing a sales team, generating leads, and developing sales strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Knowledge of the financial industry and banking services is highly desirable
- Experience working in a cooperative society is a plus
