Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time position located in South Delhi for a Garment Merchandiser. The role involves daily coordination with clients to understand their garment requirements and overseeing the entire production process from concept to delivery. Responsibilities include managing vendor and supplier relationships, ensuring quality standards, monitoring timelines, and managing purchase orders. The candidate will play an active role in addressing customer inquiries, meeting sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their concerns.
- Experience in Sales and Retail operations to manage merchandising and meet targets.
- Marketing skills to promote products and identify industry trends.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in inventory management and basic knowledge of garment production processes is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
