Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Backend Developer with a strong background in Golang, web services (REST APIs), and AWS cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain scalable backend solutions while leveraging TIBCO as a secondary integration or middleware skill. This role involves working on microservices, API integrations, and cloud-based deployments in a collaborative and agile environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Golang. Build, optimize, and manage RESTful web services to support business applications.

Design and implement cloud-native architectures and microservices on AWS. Work with TIBCO middleware (e.g., BW, EMS, or ActiveMatrix) for enterprise system integrations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions involving API and data integration. Implement and maintain CICD pipelines, monitoring, and alerting for backend systems. Ensure high availability, security, and performance optimization of backend services.

Troubleshoot production issues and contribute to continuous improvement of system reliability.

Write unit and integration tests and participate in peer code reviews.
