Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Auditor. The GRC Auditor will be responsible for performing audits, risk assessments, and gap analyses to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards. Day-to-day tasks include evaluating financial statements, designing and implementing compliance strategies, preparing audit reports, and providing recommendations to improve governance, risk, and compliance processes. This role requires close collaboration with stakeholders to address audit findings and ensure adherence to regulatory frameworks and company policies.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to assess risks, evaluate processes, and identify areas for improvement
- Proficiency in financial analysis, reviewing financial statements, and understanding basic finance concepts
- Experience and knowledge in auditing principles, practices, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication skills for preparing reports, presenting findings, and collaborating with stakeholders
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISA, CISM, CISSP) would be advantageous
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Ability to work independently with attention to detail and project deadlines
