Within our Markets ecosystem, the
OTC (Over-the-Counter) function plays a critical role in enabling
large-volume trades, institutional liquidity, and seamless execution for HNI and institutional clients .
About The Role
We are hiring for the
OTC team to drive
client acquisition, onboarding, and operational execution for high-value customers.
This role involves managing
end-to-end OTC workflows , including client relationships, order coordination, liquidity support, and operational execution across fiat and crypto rails.
You will work closely with
Trading, Custody, Compliance, and Operations teams to ensure smooth execution, strong client experience, and adherence to internal controls.
What You'll Do
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Identify and onboard HNI and institutional OTC clients
- Build and manage strong relationships with key OTC customers
- Understand client requirements, trading patterns, and pain points to provide tailored solutions
OTC Trade Execution Support
- Coordinate with clients to place and execute OTC orders
- Relay and broadcast quotes efficiently between internal teams and clients
- Ensure seamless trade execution with minimal slippage and delays
Onboarding & Client Enablement
- Manage end-to-end client onboarding processes
- Ensure clients are enabled to transact smoothly on the platform
- Guide clients through platform usage and OTC workflows
Fiat & Crypto Operations
- Assist clients with fiat and crypto deposits and withdrawals
- Ensure fast turnaround times (TAT) for all transactions
- Monitor transaction flows and resolve operational bottlenecks
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Custody, Trading, and Operations teams to fulfill OTC requirements
- Align internal processes with client needs to ensure smooth execution
- Act as a bridge between internal teams and external clients
Controls, Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain internal operational and financial controls
- Ensure adherence to compliance requirements and reporting timelines
- Manage client and internal documentation as per defined processes
- Ensure all activities meet regulatory and internal governance standards
Operational Excellence
- Deliver high-quality, reliable, and efficient operations support
- Continuously improve processes to enhance client experience and execution efficiency
- Ensure timely responses and issue resolution for all stakeholders
You'll Excel in This Role If You Have
Core Requirements
- Experience in OTC operations, trading operations, or client servicing within crypto, fintech, or financial services
- Strong understanding of:
- Crypto markets
- Trading workflows
- OTC deal structures
- Experience managing HNI or institutional clients
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail and operational discipline
Preferred
- Experience in crypto exchanges, brokerage firms, or trading desks
- Familiarity with fiat and crypto settlement flows
- Understanding of custody and fund movement processes
- Exposure to compliance and regulatory requirements in financial services
