Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop using various technologies, especially Go (Golang)
- Deliver functional and defect-free components within agreed timeframes, complying with technical architecture and standards
- Analyze software requirements and plan development accordingly
- Communicate effectively regarding project plans, issues, and timelines
- Participate in improving the overall functionality of various products
- Participate in planning and execution of projects
- Research, develop, and apply new technologies
- Build custom web services and consume them
- Maintain existing systems
- Integrate designs to create highly functional and user-friendly experiences as designed by user experience designers
- Conduct peer code reviews
- Manage deployments for Production and UAT environments
Desired Skills & Experience
- Relevant Information Technology degree or National Diploma
- At least 7 years of experience in developing information systems
- 7+ years of software development experience using Go (Golang)
- Kubernetes experience (preferably post-production) nice to have
