Location: First preference Gurgaon, Else Mumbai or Bangalore

Job Summary

You will be responsible for steering day-to-day account operations and execution of integrated marketing campaigns for assigned clients. This role requires a foundational understanding of marketing and branding, along with the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.

You will work closely with Account Manager / Account Director and cross-functional teams (creative, strategy, media, and production) to ensure seamless delivery of projects. The role involves developing marketing and creative briefs, coordinating asset delivery, and maintaining reporting trackers such as JSRs as well as campaign performance dashboards.

As an Account Executive, you will also build an understanding of the client's business, brand, and category landscape, while contributing to campaign execution and process efficiency. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn emerging areas such as social media ecosystems, influencer marketing, and the application of Generative AI in marketing communication workflows.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day client operations and execution of marketing campaigns across channels
  • Develop clear and structured marketing and creative briefs aligned with client objectives and brand guidelines
  • Coordinate with internal teams (creative, media, strategy) to ensure timely delivery of assets
  • Track project progress, maintain JSRs (Job Status Reports), and manage reporting dashboards
  • Ensure quality control and adherence to brand guidelines across all deliverables
  • Build a strong understanding of client brands, category dynamics, and competitive landscape
  • Conduct market research, competitive scans, and where relevant, store visits to gather insights
  • Support execution across digital, social, and content-led campaigns, including influencer collaborations
  • Stay updated on evolving media landscape, including social platforms, content formats, and emerging trends
  • Assist in identifying process improvements to drive efficiency in campaign execution
  • Support team in new business pitches, RFPs, and proactive outreach initiatives through research and coordination
  • Collaborate with teams to explore and apply Generative AI tools for improving efficiency in briefing, research, and content development
  • Proactively communicate updates, flag risks, and ensure alignment across stakeholders

Professional & Technical Skills

  • Strong understanding of marketing, branding, and campaign execution processes
  • Ability to write clear, structured briefs and coordinate across multiple stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with high attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of digital and social media platforms, including influencer ecosystems
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Good research and analytical skills with ability to derive actionable insights
  • Willingness to learn and apply Generative AI tools in marketing and content workflows
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
