Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP Functional Solutions: Act as a lead SAP Functional Solution Architect, managing end-to-end project lifecycles and Request for Proposal (RFP) activities.
• Client Engagement: Engage with clients to understand their requirements, scope, define solutions, and develop roadmaps to meet business goals.
• Innovative Solutions Design: Create innovative solution designs using our extensive service offerings and leverage emerging technologies.
• Business Development Support: Collaborate with the sales teams to develop and shape proposal plans and delivery strategies for SAP transformations.
• ERP Integration: Ensure integration with various ERP solutions, including SAP, and lead efforts to create proof of concepts as required.
• Problem Solving & Issue Resolution: Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, track, escalate, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Project Management: Exhibit strong project management skills to handle complex projects independently.
• Stakeholder Management: Work effectively with both onshore and onsite stakeholders, ensuring alignment and timely delivery.

Experience & Qualifications

• Education: MBA from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 business school.
• Experience:
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP S4 HANA (MM/SD/PP/QM/eWM/IBP).
• Experience in process re-engineering, supply chain, and logistics is a plus.
• Proven track record in client-facing roles for 5-6 engagements.
• Certifications: JLPT certified (N1/N2/N3).
• Industry Expertise: Industrial manufacturing, industrial equipment, freight, and logistics experience is highly desirable.
