Job Description

Key Deliverables:

  1. Achieve profitable sales growth and increase market share of Power Systems in CSP segment through strategic sales actions and market development.
  2. Implement Schneider Electric's value proposition across End Users, EPCs, and Consultants in assigned territory.
  3. Manage and grow customer portfolio using BFO tools, execute offers, and drive account-specific action plans.
  4. Promote digital and automation solutions to enhance customer performance and drive adoption of Power Systems offers.

Role Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze regional market, identify key accounts, competitors, and stakeholders; coordinate sales strategies across internal teams.
  2. Develop and negotiate sales proposals, respond to tenders, manage pricing, and maintain strong customer relationships.
  3. Collaborate with segment teams and national sales to drive CSP pull-through, supporting business growth initiatives.
  4. Act as the customer advocate within Schneider Electric, share insights, and contribute to product and service evolution based on feedback.
