Job Description

  • Identify new business opportunities by staying updated on market trends, competitor activities, and property valuations.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets through strategic lead generation, networking, and client engagement.
  • Conduct high-impact client presentations, manage end-to-end site visits, and deliver exceptional customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships by understanding their needs, providing guidance, and proactively following up to drive closures.
  • Generate, track, and nurture leads through consistent outreach and timely communication to convert them into site visits and deals.
  • Manage and expand a strong channel partner network to ensure steady lead flow, enhanced partner engagement, and increased inventory movement.
  • Negotiate effectively with clients to close deals while adhering to ethical sales practices and company guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, inventory status, and conversions using CRM and reporting tools.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Projects, CRM, and Finance teams to align sales efforts, share customer insights, and improve overall performance.
  • Represent the brand professionally in meetings, channel partner events, and client interactions to strengthen visibility and trust.

The Successful Applicant

  • 8-12 years of proven real estate sales experience, ideally in luxury or highrise residential projects
  • Strong understanding of Gurgaon's real estate market and buyer behavior
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing capabilities
  • Ability to manage both direct clients and channel partners effectively
  • Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment with monthly targets
  • Skilled at creating trust-based relationships and long-term client engagement
  • Highly organized, analytical, and proficient with CRM and MS Office tools
