Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership & Management: Provide senior leadership and strategic direction for large-scale Piping projects specifically within the Oil & Gas Industry, focusing on On-Shore projects.
  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, budget constraints, and delivery timelines.
  • Technical Oversight: Provide expert technical oversight and guidance throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring engineering excellence, adherence to industry standards, and quality of pipeline construction.
  • Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with key stakeholders including clients, regulatory bodies, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks proactively, ensuring project continuity and successful outcomes.
  • Budget & Resource Management: Oversee and control project budgets, optimize resource allocation (manpower, materials, equipment), and ensure financial viability of projects.
  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure strict adherence to all relevant industry regulations, safety standards, environmental guidelines, and quality management systems for pipeline projects.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of engineers and project professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Business Development Support: Contribute to business development efforts by providing technical expertise, input for bids, and engaging in client discussions.

Required Skills:

  • Proven strategic leadership in Piping projects within the Oil & Gas Industry, specifically for On-Shore projects.
  • Expertise in managing large-scale, complex engineering projects.
  • Strong technical acumen in pipeline design, construction, and operations.
  • Excellent strategic planning and execution capabilities.
  • Proficiency in project risk management and mitigation.
  • Strong budget and resource management skills.
  • Deep understanding of industry-specific compliance, safety, and quality standards.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
