1. Operations Management
- Lead and manage multi-site engineering operations covering production equipment maintenance, utilities, and facility engineering services.
- Ensure maximum uptime, reliability, and efficiency of production equipment and plant utilities.
- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
- Monitor operational performance through KPIs, SLAs, and service level metrics.
- Drive operational excellence through standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices.
2. Client Relationship Management
- Act as the primary operational interface with key clients.
- Conduct regular client review meetings and performance reporting.
- Ensure delivery in line with contractual obligations and service level agreements.
- Identify opportunities for service expansion and value-added solutions.
3. Maintenance & Engineering Services
Oversee operations related to:
- Production equipment maintenance (mechanical, electrical, instrumentation).
- Utilities management including HVAC, compressors, boilers, chillers, water treatment, power systems, and DG systems.
- Facility technical services including electrical distribution, BMS, and critical infrastructure.
- Implementation of CMMS/EAM systems for maintenance planning and reporting.
4. Team Leadership & Workforce Management
- Lead large teams of engineers, supervisors, and technicians across multiple locations.
- Develop skill development and technical training programs.
- Ensure proper manpower planning, deployment, and productivity improvement.
- Build a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
5. Financial & Commercial Management
- Manage P&L for operations, including budgeting and cost control.
- Optimize operational costs while maintaining service quality.
- Ensure effective vendor management and procurement control.
- Support the business development team with technical input for new bids and proposals.
6. Safety, Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure strict compliance with EHS standards, statutory regulations, and company policies.
- Lead safety initiatives and drive zero-incident culture.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and audits.
7. Continuous Improvement & Innovation
- Implement Lean, TPM, Six Sigma, and reliability engineering practices.
- Introduce digital solutions, predictive maintenance, and automation tools.
- Drive productivity improvements and operational transformation initiatives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering.
- MBA or advanced management qualification preferred.
Experience
- 15-20 years of experience in engineering services, plant maintenance, or technical facility management.
- Proven experience managing large-scale operations across multiple sites.
- Strong exposure to manufacturing plants, industrial utilities, and maintenance management systems.
