Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with 12 to 15 years of expertise in Business Intelligence and Business Analysis & Planning. The role involves working in a hybrid model with rotational shifts. The candidate should possess strong English language skills and will play a crucial role in driving business insights and strategic planning to enhance company performance.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements for various projects.
- Develop comprehensive business intelligence reports to support data-driven decision-making.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to inform strategic planning.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure alignment between stakeholders and project goals.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions to ensure they meet business objectives.
- Support the development of business cases and feasibility studies for new initiatives.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all business intelligence outputs.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of dashboards and visualizations for key performance indicators.
- Communicate complex data findings in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in business intelligence and analysis.
- Work collaboratively with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of business intelligence tools. Qualifications
- Possess strong analytical skills with a proven track record in business intelligence and analysis.
- Demonstrate proficiency in data visualization tools and techniques.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken.
- Have a deep understanding of business processes and strategic planning.
- Show experience in working with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.
- Display the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Hold a relevant degree in Business Administration Information Systems or a related field.
