A successful GM Litigation should have:

• A law degree from a recognized university.

1. Minimum 15 to 18 years of post-qualification experience in litigation
2. Around 10 years with a reputed law firm handling commercial litigation, arbitration, and regulatory matters
3. Around 5 years in a corporate legal department managing litigation independently
4. Must have Handled large litigation and appeared before High Courts and Supreme Court, tribunals, and arbitral forums

Preferred Background

1. Exposure to sectors such as power & energy, large Indian conglomerate
2. Experience with public interest litigation, and regulatory investigations
3. Track record of managing large dispute portfolios and coordinating multi-jurisdictional matters
