Job Description

Provide legal advice and support to the business, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
Handle litigation and disputes, working closely with external legal counsel when necessary.
Ensure adherence to corporate governance standards and regulatory requirements.
Oversee legal risk management and provide solutions to mitigate potential risks.
Support the resolution of legal issues related to the metal industry and machining & stamping operations.
Conduct legal research and keep the business updated on relevant legal developments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align legal strategies with business objectives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful DGM Legal should have:

A degree in Law from a recognized institution.
Proven experience in handling legal matters in the industrial/manufacturing sector.
Strong knowledge of corporate, commercial, and regulatory laws.
Experience in managing legal risks and ensuring compliance within the metal industry.
Ability to draft and negotiate contracts and agreements effectively.
Proficiency in managing disputes and collaborating with external legal counsel.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
