Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Company Secretary at Classic Ornaments Private Limited. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, managing corporate governance, preparing and filing necessary documents with regulatory authorities, handling board meetings and general meetings, and maintaining statutory registers and records. The role also involves providing legal and administrative support to the organization and staying updated on changes in corporate laws and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in ensuring corporate compliance and governance
  • Experience with preparing and filing regulatory and statutory documentation
  • Ability to organize and manage board meetings, general meetings, and documentation of meeting minutes
  • Strong knowledge of maintaining statutory registers and records
  • Understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks pertaining to corporate laws
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Organizational and administrative capabilities
  • Company Secretary certification is mandatory
  • Prior experience in a similar role is a strong advantage
