Job Description

  • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organisational priorities.
  • Advise senior leadership on people matters, organisational design, and culture-building.
  • Lead the HRBP team and strengthen functional capability through coaching and development.
  • Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle activities for Corporate teams.
  • Ensure labour-law compliance and adherence to internal policies and governance.
  • Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture initiatives.
  • Identify capability gaps and support succession planning and workforce planning.
  • Leverage HR analytics to drive insights and decision-making.
  • Recommend and implement best practices, digital tools, and process improvements.

The Successful Applicant

Education

  • Master's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree mandatory.



Experience (Updated as Requested)

  • 12+ years of strong HR experience, including leadership/business partnering exposure.
  • Candidates ideally from sectors like Pharma, Retail, FMCG, Consumer, or similar people-intensive industries.
  • Experience within a large, structured organisation will be an added advantage.
  • Strong grounding in HR fundamentals with exposure to HR Business Partnering, HR Operations, and Talent Management.
  • COE experience (Comp & Ben, Talent, OD, L&D, ER, etc.) is a strong plus, demonstrating functional depth.
  • Exposure to managing retail networks, multi-site teams, or distributed workforce models is desirable.
  • Solid understanding of Indian employment laws, especially those applicable to corporate and retail environments.
