Role & Responsibilities
Financial Accounting & Reporting
- Oversee General Ledger (GL), Fixed Assets (FA), Intercompany transactions, and journal entry processes
- Prepare standalone financial statements, perform ledger scrutiny, and ensure accurate regulatory and tax reporting
- Manage preparation of accurate financial reports and analysis for internal and external stakeholders
Compliance & Controls
- Ensure compliance with financial reporting regulations including Indian GAAP, Ind-AS, IFRS, RCM, and IFC
- Implement and monitor internal controls to ensure accuracy and regulatory adherence
Financial Closing & Process Improvement
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes
- Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance
Audit & Risk Management
- Lead preparation for internal and external audits, providing timely and accurate documentation
- Identify financial risks and implement mitigation measures
Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage the finance and accounting team
- Monitor performance and ensure alignment with organizational goals
