Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

Financial Accounting & Reporting

  • Oversee General Ledger (GL), Fixed Assets (FA), Intercompany transactions, and journal entry processes
  • Prepare standalone financial statements, perform ledger scrutiny, and ensure accurate regulatory and tax reporting
  • Manage preparation of accurate financial reports and analysis for internal and external stakeholders

Compliance & Controls

  • Ensure compliance with financial reporting regulations including Indian GAAP, Ind-AS, IFRS, RCM, and IFC
  • Implement and monitor internal controls to ensure accuracy and regulatory adherence

Financial Closing & Process Improvement

  • Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes
  • Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance

Audit & Risk Management

  • Lead preparation for internal and external audits, providing timely and accurate documentation
  • Identify financial risks and implement mitigation measures

Team Management

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the finance and accounting team
  • Monitor performance and ensure alignment with organizational goals
