Manage and oversee the general ledger accounting operations.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Prepare accurate financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.

The Successful Applicant

A successful GM Finance (GL) should have:

A professional qualification in accounting or finance.
Proven expertise in general ledger management and financial reporting.
Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
Experience in the property or real estate development industry is preferred.
Proficiency in financial software and tools.
