Job Description

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Generate, qualify, and close sales opportunities throughout the entire sales cycle.
  • Apply deep understanding of complex and strategic technology needs within mid-market businesses.
  • Develop and maintain a high-quality sales pipeline; discover, develop, and manage relationships with prospective customers.
  • Identify and understand customer pain points; lead and participate in strategy sessions to propose tailored technology solutions.
  • Make informed business decisions grounded in data and quantifiable information.
  • Create and present detailed proposals to stakeholders, providing insight into their strategic initiatives and aligning services to their business needs.
  • Retain customers by ensuring high responsiveness to both existing and prospective clients technology solution requests.
  • Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
  • Apply knowledge of technology operations, corporate infrastructure, networking technologies, and enterprise applications.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through consistent communication, problem-solving, and identification of additional business opportunities.
  • Drive demand generation activities via virtual/video meetings, emails, blogs, social media, and other digital channels.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of consultative selling experience in technology solutions and services, especially Cloud, IaaS, SaaS, and PaaS, targeting mid-market companies.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and developing new leads, qualifying prospects, and closing deals.
  • Ability to build trust and communicate key information effectively across video, email, phone, and face-to-face interactions; confidence and professionalism in proposal delivery.
  • Strategic thinker with a holistic understanding of business processes and sales models.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze past sales patterns to improve future outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt behaviors for improved results and stakeholder engagement.
  • Technical proficiency with sales intelligence tools, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development.
  • Strong drive, passion, and commitment to achieve sales success.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
