Develop Services account plants for SA/MCTAs and work with countries and customer regional leadership.
Support C&SP Segment (green field) large opportunity pursuit teams to win more Capex and ensure attachment of Services that include I&C , Recurring contracts, Digital Services
Participate in RSOCs and ensure that the Services portion is included and address any challenges that might impact the project
Work with country V2s on local site coverage plans, IB tracking and contract/recurring development.
Build strong upstream customer relationship and ensure that the local teams are aware of the long term plans/ decision making criterion for service contracts, etc .
Create a strong V2 community with each country sharing best practices / key wins during a quarter for common accounts.
Work with Regional KAMs and engage with Customer operations teams on discussions related to asset life cycle during decision making for award
Ensures the quality and accuracy of BFO and IB Intel
Lead multi-country opportunities with C&SP customers, working with Legal Business Partners, lead commercial and contractual negotiations with customer for centralized agreements (Framework, T&Cs, Master Service Agreements)
Collaborate with the Service BMs in US and Europe to understand best practices and replicate key success initiatives in EA zone
Follow and track success for the Top 15 Elephant opportunities / must wins. Understand critical success factors and support closure
Serve as the SPOC for MCTAs in the zone for the customer for any escalations related to Services topics
Support localization of all global contracts in new countries to ensure a smooth customer experience
