Job Summary:
The CFO will lead the financial strategy and operations of the organization, with a strong focus on project-based financial management, cost control, and profitability. The role requires deep understanding of construction accounting, contract management, and cash flow planning across multiple ongoing projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for HO and multiple project sites
- Monitor project-wise profitability, cost overruns, and financial risks
- Manage cash flow planning, fund allocation, and working capital for projects
- Handle banking, project financing, BGs (Bank Guarantees), LC (Letters of Credit)
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory regulations
- Oversee internal audits, statutory audits, and financial reporting
- Strengthen financial controls, SOPs, and risk management frameworks
- Collaborate with project, procurement, and planning teams for financial efficiency
- Drive cost optimization and vendor payment strategies
- Present financial reports and insights to top management for decision-making
Key Requirements:
- CA (Mandatory)/MBA Finance preferred
- 08–12 years of experience, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role
- Expertise in project accounting and contract financial management
- Knowledge of tendering, billing cycles, RA bills, and cost tracking
- Experience in handling large-scale project finances and multiple sites
- Strong leadership, analytical, and strategic decision-making skills
- Experience with ERP systems
