Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager - Accounts & Finance (GM-A & F) based in Gurugram. The GM-A & F will oversee the financial health of the organization by leading all accounting and finance operations. Responsibilities include financial planning, budgeting, financial reporting, managing compliance and audits, and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements. You will work closely with senior leadership and various teams to support business goals and decision-making through strategic financial insights and risk management.

Qualifications

• Must be reporting to the Board (MD or CEO)
• Expertise in Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting
• Proficiency in Financial Analysis, Risk Management, and Cost Control
• In-depth knowledge of Taxation Laws, Accounting Standards, and Compliance Regulations
• Experience in Financial Reporting, Auditing Practices, and Corporate Governance
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on attention to detail
• Proven leadership with excellent team management and communication skills
• Proficiency in ERP systems, financial tools, and software
• Must be a CA.
