Job Summary:
A Glueing Operator is responsible for applying adhesive to materials and assembling components as per production requirements. The role ensures proper bonding, quality, and timely completion of products in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate glueing machines or perform manual glueing processes.
- Apply adhesive evenly to materials like paper, cardboard, wood, or other components.
- Assemble parts accurately as per drawings or instructions.
- Ensure proper alignment and bonding of materials.
- Monitor glue viscosity, temperature, and machine settings.
- Perform quality checks to ensure strong and neat bonding.
- Maintain cleanliness of glueing equipment and work area.
- Follow safety procedures while handling adhesives and machines.
- Meet daily production targets.
Skills & Requirements:
- Basic understanding of glueing or assembly processes.
- Ability to handle tools and machinery.
- Good hand-eye coordination.
- Attention to detail and quality.
- Basic reading skills (to understand instructions/work orders).
- Physically fit to stand for long hours if required.
Qualification:
- ITI / Diploma / Any basic education
- Freshers or experienced candidates can apply
Experience:
- 0–3 years in manufacturing or assembly line (preferred)
