What Success Looks Like In This Role
- Provides global workforce planning and estimation advice within assigned organizations and/or for designated project or program areas.
- Works with team leaders, project leaders and other stakeholders to understand: o Current staffing levels, capabilities and related considerations (i.e., attrition, training requirements), o Upcoming business changes, projects and activity and impact on staffing needs, o Other workload and assignment expectations, and o Budget limitations.
- Engages with People Analytics to understand staff data, trends and projections in terms of specific organizational, project or similar areas supporting efforts to forecast demand and measure headcount occupancy and utilization.
- Contributes to discussions about staffing / labor financial management (i.e., tradeoff between contingent versus in-house hiring).
- Contributes to processes that define and manage critical labor pyramids within assigned business areas.
- Collaborates with relevant internal colleagues including HRBP, HR Generalists, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development (L&D), project leaders and other stakeholders to ensure regular, consistent and open communication.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
BA/BS degree and 6-8 years relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
