Description
The Global Value & Access (GV&A) Amgen India Leader will be responsible for driving market access strategies and ensuring the successful positioning of Amgen's products in the Indian market. This role requires a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape and the ability to work with various stakeholders to optimize access and demonstrate the value of our innovative therapies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies for market access and value demonstration for Amgen's products in India.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product value propositions.
- Conduct market research to assess the competitive landscape and identify opportunities for Amgen's portfolio.
- Engage with key stakeholders including payers, healthcare professionals, and regulatory bodies to advocate for access to Amgen's products.
- Monitor and report on market access trends and policies that could impact Amgen's operations in India.
Skills and Qualifications
- 4-7 years of experience in healthcare market access, pricing strategy, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of the Indian healthcare system and pharmaceutical market dynamics.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
- Proficient in developing value propositions and economic models.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
