we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven UK/EU Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment efforts across the United Kingdom and European markets. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of regional hiring practices, employment laws, and talent acquisition strategies across multiple EU countries.
You will partner with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire top talent while ensuring compliance with local labor regulations and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for roles across the UK and EU regions
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and create sourcing strategies
- Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and direct outreach
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure alignment with role and company culture
- Coordinate interview processes and manage offer negotiations
- Maintain compliance with UK and EU labor laws, including GDPR and right-to-work requirements
- Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire)
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles
- Support employer branding initiatives across regional markets
