Key Responsibilities:

Pixis is seeking a dynamic and proactive Talent Acquisition professional to join our HR

team.This role will play a critical part in attracting and recruiting top talent to support our growing organisation. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual with a passion for talent acquisition and a drive for excellence to contribute to the success of Pixis.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates using a variety of methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from posting job openings and conducting interviews to extending offers and onboarding new hires.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Utilise applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment tools to manage candidate pipelines, track recruitment metrics, and generate reports.
• Collaborate with HR team members to continuously improve recruitment processes, tools, and practices.
• Assist with employer branding initiatives, including creating job descriptions, career site content, and recruitment marketing materials.
• Stay informed about market trends, best practices, and innovations in talent acquisition to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Requirements & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Human resource or any other field
• 2-5 years of experience in End to End Recruitment.Experience in global recruitment (Hiring in US, EMEA, LATAM, APAC etc regions) is Preferred.
• Strong understanding of End to end recruitment processes, hiring strategy, and best industry practices.
• Excellent sourcing, screening and networking skills, with the ability to identify and engage passive candidates.
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms, including ATS, job boards, and social media.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with hiring managers, candidates, and team members.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, resourceful, and results-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and results.
