Sourcing Specialist (NAM Region & VMS Expert)
Role Overview: We are seeking a Sourcing Specialist with deep expertise in the North American market . This role requires a blend of advanced sourcing techniques and high-level administration within Vendor Management Systems (VMS) like Beeline and SAP Fieldglass. You will act as the primary bridge between hiring managers and the talent pool, ensuring a seamless intake-to-hire process.
Key Responsibilities:
- VMS Administration: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle within Beeline and SAP Fieldglass, including requisition posting, candidate submittals, and workflow tracking.
- Strategic Sourcing: Build robust talent pipelines for the NAM region using Boolean strings, LinkedIn Recruiter, and niche job boards (Dice, Monster, Indeed).
- Intake Leadership: Facilitate Intake Meetings with hiring managers to define technical requirements, must-have skills, and cultural fit to ensure high submittal-to-interview ratios.
- Process Optimization: Monitor VMS metrics (Time-to-Fill, Submittal Quality) and adjust sourcing strategies based on real-time feedback.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as a subject matter expert for the NAM recruitment landscape, advising stakeholders on market trends and salary benchmarks.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in US/NAM Staffing or Recruitment.
- Technical Tools: Mandatory hands-on experience with Beeline or Fieldglass.
- Boolean Mastery: Expert at crafting complex search strings to find niche technical and non-technical talent.
- Shift Requirement: Ability to work in Night Shifts (aligning with EST/CST/PST business hours).
- Communication: Exceptional English communication skills, specifically for leading intake calls with North American stakeholders.
