NOOE is a premium DTC lifestyle brand we design and sell hard goods, bags, and technical lifestyle products that have been recognised at Red Dot, stocked at Harrods, and featured on Shark Tank India. Our products are engineered to a standard most brands don't attempt, and we need our sourcing to match.

The Role

We're looking for a Sourcing Lead who understands how technically demanding products are made not just sourced. You'll own international supplier identification and qualification, work directly with our product team to translate specs into manufacturable products, and manage the full development cycle from first sample to bulk sign-off.

The differentiator here is technical depth. We need someone who speaks the language of tolerances, tooling, and manufacturing constraints not someone who manages spreadsheets and chases factories.

What You'll Own

• Identifying and qualifying international suppliers capable of executing technically complex products (furniture-grade construction, precision hardware, tech accessories, premium hard goods)
• Technical supplier evaluation assessing actual manufacturing capability, not just capacity and price
• End-to-end development: spec tech pack sampling pre-production validation bulk
• QC standards and inspection protocols for high-specification products
• Building and maintaining direct factory relationships internationally, with a focus on China

Who We're Looking For

• 45+ years of sourcing experience in technical or high-specification categories furniture, tech accessories, precision hardware, premium hard goods, or similar
• You evaluate suppliers technically: machine capability, tooling capacity, QC systems, certifications not just a factory visit and a price sheet
• You've personally owned a complex development cycle from spec to bulk, not just coordinated parts of it
• Direct international factory relationships, especially in China you've visited, you know the factories, not just the agents
• Based in Delhi/NCR
