What You'll Do

  • Develop, deploy, and own social media measurement and insights for BCG.
  • Lead performance reporting and insights for BCG's social media, co-ordinating organic, paid and earned, across corporate pages, PA showcase pages, Local publishing, and personal profiles, to deliver both regular business reports and actionable insights for growth.
  • Act as the go-to expert for social analytics tools used across the firm, notably Sprinklr, andmain point of contact with the vendors.


What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years experience in social media analytics or similar role

  • Highly collaborative

  • Expertise in data processing, analysis, and visualization applications

  • A good communicator, able to convey data insights to stakeholders of all seniorities

  • Highly numerate, well versed in use of data tools and social measurement platforms

  • Experience in social listening, audience measurement, and competitor benchmarking tools and methodologies
  • A good understanding of BCG's thought leadership, C-suite audience and digital user behavior.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to explain data insights accurately and clearly, and able to train and upskill colleagues.
