Job Description

Job Summary

  • Design and Development:
  • Develop and implement SharePoint solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Customize SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, and workflows.
  • Integrate SharePoint with other Office 365 applications and third-party tools.
  • System Integration:
  • Ensure seamless integration of SharePoint with other enterprise systems.
  • Develop and maintain integration scripts and tools.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure compatibility and performance.
  • Maintenance and Support:
  • Monitor SharePoint environments to ensure availability and performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint-related issues.
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solutions.
  • Collaborate with the Microsoft CoE team to leverage best practices and new features.
  • Document processes, configurations, and changes.
  • Security and Compliance:
  • Implement and maintain security best practices for SharePoint environments.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies and industry regulations.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments.

What you ll bring to the role:

Requirements:

  • Education:
  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in SharePoint development and administration.
  • Proven experience with SharePoint Online and Office 365 integration.
  • Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.
  • Skills:
  • Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture and components.
  • Proficiency in SharePoint Designer, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Certifications:
  • Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Administrator Associate or equivalent is preferred.
